FAQ - Mallang Society Mail Club
Q. What is the Mallang Society Mail Club?
The Mallang Society Mail Club is a monthly subscription service where you will receive letters from Mallang Society members along with stickers, a letter and a postcard each month.
You'll also receive a passport journal the first month you subscribe, to last for the next 12 month period (April 2026 - March 2027).
If you collect all 12 commemorative photos from Mallang Society members and stick them into your passport, you'll receive a special gift!
Q. What is the Mallang Society Mail Club passport journal?
The Mallang Society Passport journal is a specially designed passport created to closely resemble a human passport. It features high-quality paper and gold foil on the cover for a premium feel.
Q. What can I do with this passport?
The Mallang Society Passport is a travel log notebook that you and the Mallang Society exploration team complete together over the course of one year. You can decorate it how you like, or use the stickers you'll receive in the mail each month to fill it up.
Q. Can you ship to ____?
The Mallang Society Mail Club offers free shipping to any and all countries that are eligible for international shipping within Australia Post guidelines. Please note that the mail is untracked international letter mail, and as such may take up to several business weeks for your post to arrive.
Q. How much is the shipping fee for Mallang Society Mail Club?
Shipping is included in the product price for our mail club ($20aud), regardless of region (including international shipping).
Q. How does the subscription work?
Once your subscription is confirmed, items for each month will be sent by mail on the 16th of every month. If you subscribe before the 15th, you will receive the mail of the month you sign up for. If you subscribe after midnight on the 16th of any month (AEST), you will receive the mail of the following month.
Example:
- You subscribe before April 16th →
April's mail will be shipped to you on the 16th of April
- You subscribe after April 16th →
May's mail will be shipped to you on the 16th of May
Q. What if I miss the previous month’s mail and I want that one instead! Can I swap?
We offer catch-ups of previous month's mail in limited quantities after the subscription period for that month has ended. However, we are not able to substitute your current month's subscription theme for any other older, previous theme.
Q. I just want the passport but I don't want to subscribe! What should I do?
The Mallang Society passport journal is a special gift we give to subscribed members as a thank you for their subscription. As such, we are not able to offer the passport for a one-off purchase.
However, we are selling other log-book style journals if you are interested in a one-off purchase!
Additionally, if you choose to unsubscribe and re-subscribe at a later date in the same year period (April 2026 - March 2027), we will be unable to send you a new passport journal.
Q. My order hasn't arrived yet! Help!
We're sorry to hear that! Unfortunetly it is possible that there are mix-ups in the mail service. If it has been more than 6 weeks and your mail hasn't arrived, please message us with your order number at:

And we will sort it out for you!
FAQ - Mallang Society Online Store
Q. What is the shipping policy?
On all online store items apart from our mail club, we offer two shipping options:
- Untracked letter mail [Stickers Only]
- Australia wide Parcel Shipping [All items]
Any larger item such as a notebook or keyring will only be eligible for $10aud, flat rate shipping.
If you only wish to order stickers, you can choose the option for untracked letter mail for $1.70 Australia wide or $4 international.
Q. Can you ship to _____?
Right now, we are only offering shipping for larger items including keyrings and notebooks Australia wide.
We are currently in the process of working out international shipping rates for these items! In the meantime, you will still be able to purchase stickers with an untracked letter mail shipping option.
Q. Can I combine shipping with my mail club order?
Yes, if you're a subscriber or ordering a new subscription/catch-up, we can pack your sticker order together for you!

Q. Processing times for non-mail club online orders?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
